Lindsay Lohan is the latest celebrity to be sentenced to jail time.
The 21-year-old actress confessed Friday that she is a junkie and and an alcoholic - surprise, suprise - and will spend one day behind bars for DUI and cocaine possesion.
In a statement released by her publicist, Lohan admitted "It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs. I broke the law and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case."
The confessed drunk must also serve 10 days of community service, complete an 18-month alcohol education program, pay hundreds of dollars in fines, and complete a three-day county coroner program where she’ll visit a morgue and talk to victims of drunken drivers.
The Mean Girls star is currently in rehab, the place she usually ends up after being caught for being naughty.
Maybe Lilo will get lucky and serve about 82 minutes like her fellow party-pal Nicole Ritchie.
